Meet
The first step is to discover more about you, your company's vision, and to build a strong relationship. This is where we will create your brand, create a custom strategy, and set project goals.

Plan
Following the initial meetup, we will outline your web project, Search Engine Marketing plan, content strategy, or marketing direction. These will all be based off Google Analytics and your current digital marketing presence. From here we will establish milestones and implement a strategic place that aligns with your vision.

Design & Development
Once our plan is finalized, we really get to work. We will provide you with progress updates (ex: keyword lists, new SEO-focused copy, PPC ads, visual concepts, digital proofs, test links for your new website, etc.). Our team reviews and revises the materials until it aligns with your digital marketing goals.

Launch
For all of our digital design projects (new or revamped websites, digital ads, etc.) this is when we launch the project. We'll take the website live as soon as possible to start gaining traction and visibility through the search engines, and begin any digital campaigns to push traffic to the website.

Owner / Founder

Dylan is the owner and founder of Web Works. Since 2003, he has worked with local businesses to help grow and maintain their web presence. This experience has made him a "jack of all trades" when it comes to managing the technical and creative sides of websites.

Most of all, Dylan loves what he does, and it's readily apparent. You will always find him with a positive attitude, which, in turn, creates both a positive atmosphere and experience for everybody who comes in contact with Web Works.

Dylan also enjoys working out, traveling, and remodeling.
Brie Rapp
Brie Rapp
Lead Designer

Brie, born and raised in Ohio, earned her degree at the School of Advertising Art in Dayton. She combines her love of both simplicity and attention to detail to create the most effective, goal-oriented digital marketing solutions as possible.

She enjoys being part of Web Works because of the valuable experience with clients, direct problem solving collaborations, and being able to pursue her passion in creating successful graphic and website designs.

Aside from design, Brie spends most of her time with family, being active, and traveling.
Liana Carr
Liana Carr
Lead Strategist

Liana is originally from Weston, Ohio. She graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice. Life experiences put her in a marketing path and she has found digital marketing along the way.

She enjoys working with local clients and helping them grow their businesses. She thrives on landing page optimization, local search, email marketing, managing retargeting ad campaigns and providing solutions to complex challenges.

Liana enjoys spending time with friends and family, bicycling and loves the beach.

Johannes Möhrle
Business Developer

Johannes is a German-born sales engineer with over 12 years in the field of product development, manufacturing and global sourcing with Carl Zeiss Corporation. This comprehensive global exposure has developed a strong technical aptitude and a understanding for marketing strategies and business. He provides what is necessary to enhance clients’ volume through Digital Marketing.

Outside of work, Johannes is a passionate cook and cyclist and thus has a keen understanding of having the right combination to fuel up for an adventure and the awareness of efficiency for going uphill.
