Web Works Marketing of Toledo, Ohio has been made aware of a recruitment scam circulating on platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and various third-party websites. Scammers are falsely posing as Web Works Marketing representatives and offering remote data entry or work-from-home roles with promises of fast and easy income. Unfortunately, these types of scams are becoming increasingly common and are even highlighted on the FTC’s website: https://consumer.ftc.gov/articles/job-scams.

Please be advised: Web Works Marketing does not conduct interviews or hiring through social media or messaging platforms, including Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook. Our hiring process is formal and takes place over time, involving multiple team members to properly evaluate candidates. We will never ask applicants for money, fees, or personal financial information, nor do we send unsolicited messages offering online work.

If you are contacted by someone claiming to represent Web Works Marketing and promising easy money for completing online tasks, this communication is not legitimate and is very likely a scam. That is not how our company operates.
